St. Gregory’s Hiking Group

“And God saw all that He created and it was very good”.

During the summer and fall months, come and join us as we experience God in the beauty of Colorado. We’ll explore some nearby trails, give praise to God, and share fellowship together. Most of these hikes are flat and pet friendly. Please bring water and a few snacks for the hike!

Genesee Summit Trail and American Bison/Genesee Mountain Loop

From Denver head west on I-70 and exit at the Genesee Park exit.  Turn left over I-70 and at the fork in the road turn right onto Genesee Mountain Road. As you make your way up the mountain, you’ll pass a picnic area with a large parking turnoff on your right.  Park at the Genesee Summit Trail parking lot (it's the top lot with the restrooms).
