On this day, we mourn the death of God.
Good Friday Service @ noon
Stations of the Cross @ 3 pm
Tennebrae & the 7 last words of Jesus @ 7 pm
“And Jesus breathed his last”. “And Jesus gave up his Spirit”. These are quotes from the Bible which remind us of the extraordinary sacrifice that God made for our behalf. The Gospel of John says that God so loved the world that He gave His only Son so that all who believed in Him would not perish, but have everlasting life.
Join us on this day as we remember and mourn. We will gather at noon in person and online for a traditional Good Friday service. Below are the links to the service as well as the service bulletin.
Later in the day, at 3 pm, we will be participating in the Stations of the Cross. Join at our outdoor stations of the cross as we remember Jesus’ journey to the cross. Then, at 7 pm, we will be gathering for an ancient ritual called Tennebrae - a service of light and darkness. During this service, we will sharing a reflection of the 7 last words of Christ.
